Obtained entirely from Pinot Grigio grapes.

Brilliant straw yellow, with slight reflections tending towards copper.

Aperitif wine, suitable for the whole range of appetizers, soups, fish, both fried and baked, and white meat-based main courses. It can also be accompanied by tasty cheeses.

Service temperature: It should be served chilled, around 9 – 10° C.

Altimetry: the vineyards are located at an altitude of between 80 and 120 meters above sea level, in soils made up of clayey marl.

Farming system: Guyot, with productions of 70 – 80 quintals/hectare.

100% Cabernet Franc grapes.

Deep ruby ​​red colour, intense and herbaceous bouquet, very pleasant, full and generous herbaceous flavour, supported by body and harmony.

It should be served between 16 and 20°C, paired with cold meats, roasted white and red meats, noble poultry, game meat and aged cheeses.

Altimetry: The grapes with which this wine is obtained are produced in the vineyards at an altitude ranging from 150 to 180 meters above sea level.

Farming system: cultivated inverted with productions of 70-80 quintals/hectare.
